3M Gas, Vapour and Particulate Filter 6096 protects against organic vapours (boiling point above 65°C), acid gases, mercury and particulates. Suitable for use with 3M Reusable Respirators featuring the Bayonet filter connection system: 3M Reusable Full Facepiece 6000 Series, 3M Reusable Half Facepiece 7500 Series, 3M Reusable Half Facepiece 6500 QL Series and 3M Reusable Halfpiece 6000 Series.

These 3M lightweight 6096 filters combine protection with comfort, and they’re compatible with 3M range of reusable half and full-face facepiece for safe working in hazardous environments. They offer low breathing resistance and good balance when connected to your facepiece, and they’re designed to optimise your field of vision.
3M 6096 Gas, Vapor & Particulate Filter Cartridge can be clicked into place quickly and easily, and they can be used with any 3M Reusable Facepiece that feature a bayonet-style connection.

With the implementation of the Malaysia DOSH-SIRIM PPE Certification, all 3M Reusable Respirators, Cartridges and Filters that are NIOSH US CFR approved will be transitioned to European Standard (EN) - CE Certified.
CE Certified 3M 6096 Gas, Vapor and Particulate Filter offers the closest level of protection as 3M 6007 & 3M 6009S NIOSH-approved for respiratory protection against certain acid gases, mercury and chlorine and organic vapors.
3M 6096 Gas, Vapour and Particulate Filter, A1E1HgP3R is intended:
- For use against certain organic gases and vapors with boiling point higher than 65℃.
- For use against sulphur dioxide and other acidic gases and vapors.
- For use against mercury.
3M 6096 functions as a replacement for 3M 6007 & 3M 6009S. It replaces the discontinued models of 3M 6007 Mercury + Organic Vapor Cartridge & 3M 6009S Mercury + Chlorine Filter Cartridge.
