Fluke BT510 Battery Analyzer

The Fluke BT510 Battery Analyser (the Product) is a multifunctional meter designed for the test and measurement of a stationary battery system. The battery analyzer can measure the battery internal resistance and voltages. These measurements can be used to determine the overall condition of the system. It can also measure electrical parameters for battery system maintenance, including DC voltage up to 600 V, AC voltage up to 600 V, and ripple voltage.

Key Features
  • Battery Voltage & Internal Resistance – Evaluate battery condition instantly
  • Discharge Testing – Track voltage drop over time to estimate capacity loss
  • Ripple Voltage Analysis – Detect AC interference in DC systems (a key cause of battery failure)
  • Meter & Sequence Modes – Fast checks or structured maintenance workflows
  • Pass/Warning/Fail Alerts – Configurable thresholds for quick diagnostics
  • Intercell Resistance Testing – Identify weak connections in battery strings
  • AutoHold & AutoSave – Capture and store stable readings automatically
  • Data Management Software – Analyze trends and generate reports easily
  • Comprehensive Logging – Store all measurements for review anytime
  • Long Battery Life – Up to 8 hours continuous operation
  • High Safety Rating – CAT III 600 V (up to 1000 V DC)
