Mani File-Cleaner eliminate dirt by handling files up and down, into and out of a sponge on (B) File Cleaner everytime when you use the files. Note that any used files should not be returned to (A) File Cleaner. After finishing treatment, files are acceptable to be sterilized even with (B) File Cleaner in Chemiclave.
